MISSED PICKUP
If you believe that your dumpster service was not completed as planned, please submit a ticket to inform us. We will quickly resolve the issue for you. Please note: Our crew and vehicles must be able to access all Containers, Carts and Rolloffs easily. We also cannot service any materials left outside the dumpster. For safety reasons, any containers that are overfilled will not be serviced until the appropriate adjustments are made.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
If your personal/business property was damaged during your garbage or recycling collection due to an incident, please report the issue through a service ticket within 24 hours of the event for prompt resolution. Please have any visual evidence ready that will help us with reviewing your claim.
DRIVER ISSUE
Please let us know if you encounter any problems with one of our drivers. We ask that you fill out a service issue ticket with as much information as possible so that we can maintain and improve your service quality. Your feedback is very valuable and will help us provide a better experience to your community.

Do not assume that your collection time will be consistent every day. Collection times may change depending on traffic, the volume of materials collected, and possible adjustments in routing. If you do not follow the service guidelines, you may miss your pick-up.
