MISSED PICKUP

 

If you feel as though your trash may have been missed, please submit a ticket so we can quickly resolve the issue for you. Please be in mind that your can MUST be out by 7am to reduce the risk of missing your pickup.

 

PROPERTY DAMAGE

 

In the event that an incident occurred during your garbage or recycling collection resulting in damage to your personal property, please submit a service issue ticket within 24 hours of the event for timely resolution. Please prepare any visual documentation that will assist us with investigating your claim.

 

DRIVER ISSUE

 

If you have a less-than-desirable experience with one of our drivers, we want to know about it. Please submit a service issue ticket with as many details as you can provide so that we can ensure your service continues to exceed your expectations. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will enhance the overall experience we provide to your community.

 

ETA

 

Please do not count on your collection time being the same every day. Collection times will vary based on traffic, the amount of materials collected, and potential changes in routing. You risk missing your pick-up if you do not place your container out by 7:00 a.m. on your scheduled pick-up day. The container cannot be emptied if it is not outside by the specified time and placed properly at the edge of the street with the handle facing your home.

 

UNABLE TO SERVICE

 

If you find a yellow tag on your garbage or recycling can, this means your can was in violation of one of the pickup guidelines. Each tag will show what violation occurred. Any corrections must be made per the tag info before the next service day to ensure collection of garbage or recycling.
